Abstract:
A simple disc brake caliper for a new energy vehicle. The disc brake caliper comprises a support (1), a brake pump (2), a main shoe (3), an auxiliary shoe (4), and brake blocks (5); the brake pump is fixed on the support; the main shoe and the auxiliary shoe are oppositely disposed, and the brake blocks are respectively fixed on the opposite surfaces of the main shoe and the auxiliary shoe; the upper and lower ends of the brake pump are provided with positioning cavities (6), and the brake pump and the positioning cavities (6) are of an integrated structure; each positioning cavity is internally provided with a positioning screw rod (7); the brake pump is fixed on the support by means of the positioning screw rods; the middle of the support is provided with a limiting groove (8) matching the shape of the main shoe; the main shoe is in clearance fit with the limiting groove; and a piston (9) of the brake pump is fixedly connected to an end surface of the main shoe. The disc brake caliper is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
