Abstract:
Disclosed is a simple method for reducing the pH value of a lithium-ion battery ternary anode material, belonging to the field of electrochemistry. The present invention uses an ascorbic-acid organic solution system to reduce the pH value of a lithium battery anode material. One of the features of the method is that the relationship between the densities of the ascorbic acid and the lithium-ion anode-material suspension satisfies 0.001B≤A≤0.015B, A of the formula being the ascorbic acid density, in units of g/L; B being the density of the anode material, in units of g/L; at the same time, the ascorbic acid density A must further satisfy the formula A≤0.8s (s being the solubility s of the ascorbic acid in a corresponding organic solvent, in units of g/100g). Another of the features of the method is that the number of times the lithium-ion anode material modified by ascorbic acid must be washed after centrifugal separation is small. The process of the present invention is simple and its costs are low; by means of adjusting VC density, an anode material having an improved discharge rate is obtained.
