Title:
SINGLE-CELL HIGH-THROUGHPUT SORTING DEVICE IN A MARINE IN-SITU ENVIRONMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/173486
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a single-cell high-throughput sorting device in a marine in-situ environment, which comprises a pressure-resistant visual sorting chamber (2), an optical recognition system (6), and an automatic sorting system (7). The bacterial liquid containing microorganisms is injected into the pressure-resistant visual sorting chamber (2); by means of a carrier chip (21) arranged in the pressure-resistant visual sorting chamber (2), the enriched microorganisms are allowed to pass through channels in a dispersed manner; when the enriched microorganisms pass through the carrier chip (21), observation and recognition are performed on the microorganisms by means of the optical recognition system (6); an automatic sorting is performed on the microorganisms by means of the automatic sorting system (7) according to results for the recognition of the microorganisms. The present invention further provides a single-cell high-throughput sorting method in a marine in-situ environment. After the single-cell dispersion of the microorganisms is achieved by means of the carrier chip (21), the observation and recognition are performed by means of the optical recognition system (6), and the automatic sorting is performed by means of the automatic sorting system intelligently, which realizes high-throughput single-cell identification and sorting processes of marine microorganisms by optical and spectral detections in a high-pressure and extreme-temperature environment, and effectively improves the culturability of the marine microorganisms.
