Abstract:
Disclosed are a single-component silane-modified polyether sealant for prefabricated buildings and a preparation method therefor. The sealant comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of a silane-modified polyether; 1-5 parts of an organosilicon-modified epoxy resin, 5-30 parts of a hydroxy-terminated branched polyether, 0-10 parts of a plasticizer, 20-60 parts of a reinforcing filler, 0.1-3 parts of a rheological agent, 0.5-3 parts of a stabilizer, 0.5-3 parts of a water-removing agent, 0.5-5 parts of a coupling agent, and 0.5-3 parts of a catalyst.
