Title:
SINGLE-HOOK TYPE MANUAL BUTT JOINT STEEL STRUCTURE FRAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/261797
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A single-hook type manual butt joint steel structure frame, mainly consisting of steel pipes (1), well-shaped connecting blocks (2), single-pipe connecting blocks (3), and sphere connecting blocks (4). Single-hook joints (5) are provided on both ends of each steel pipe. Each acting point of the well-shaped, single-pipe, and sphere connecting blocks (2, 3, 4) is also a single-hook joint (5) corresponding to the single-hook joint (5) on each of both ends of the steel pipe. The two single-hook joints (5) and one sleeve (6) constitute "a single-hook butt-jointing device". The structural form and the size standard of the two single-hook joints (5) are completely identical. Two relatively semicircular single hooks are connected to a round rod on each top end. The two single hooks are closed and then completely seamed into a round rod. The diameter of the inner circle of the sleeve (6) is the same as the diameter of the outer circle of the round rod. The sleeve (6) completely and firmly fits the round rod. The application of the single-hook type manual butt joint steel structure frame technology has the advantages that the construction period, the material consumption, the construction equipment, and the labor are reduced; the quality, the precision, and the firmness are good, and the service life is long. The construction concept, the construction scheme, the construction material, and the construction process are thoroughly changed, and the whole building industry is thoroughly overthrown.
