Abstract:
A single-layer plastic panel manufacturing method, a single-layer plastic panel manufactured therefrom, and furniture. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: forming a blank panel body (11') and a blank reinforcement member (12'), wherein the blank panel body (11') comprises a blank body portion (111') and a blank edge portion (112'), the blank reinforcement member (12') is provided with a blank receiving portion (121'), the blank receiving portion (121') has a groove portion comprising an inner side edge of the blank (122') and an outer side edge of the blank (123'), and at least one of the inner side edge of the blank (122') and the outer side edge of the blank (123') is inclined; inserting the blank edge portion (112') into the groove portion; applying a first pressing force to the blank panel body (11') from above the blank plate body (11'); and applying a second pressing force to at least one of the inner side edge of the blank (122') and the outer side edge of the blank (123') which is inclined, such that the inner side edge of the blank (122') and the outer side edge of the blank (123') are tightly attached to the blank edge portion (112'). The single-layer panel manufacturing method is simple, and the formed single-layer plastic panel has the advantages of thinness, light weight and low cost.
