Abstract:
Disclosed is a single pile foundation for a wind generating set and a construction method. The single pile foundation comprises a single pile, wherein a set of prefabricated members is arranged in the single pile; the set of prefabricated component members comprises a truss, a steel shaft, a protective cylinder, and a baffle assembly, wherein the truss and the baffle assembly are fixed on an upper side and a lower side of the single pile, respectively, the steel shaft is fixed by passing through the centers of the truss and the baffle assembly, and the protective cylinder is sleeved on an upper section of the steel shaft; and a jack is fixed at a lower end of the protective cylinder, several steel pipes are arranged between the steel shaft and the protective cylinder at intervals in a circumferential direction, and middle sections of the steel pipes are connected to an ejection plate of the jack. During construction, the baffle assembly is configured to enhance a soil plug effect during a piling process; after piling is completed, the jack drives the steel pipes to move to drive lower sections of the steel pipes to slide along a sliding groove of the baffle assembly in order to penetrate the structural hole and enter a soil body around the single pile; and the soil body around the pile is grouted and reinforced through the seamless steel pipes, so that the vertical, horizontal, and torsional bearing capacity of the single pile foundation is comprehensively improved. The present invention greatly improves the anti-pulling, anti-overturning, and anti-torsion bearing capacity of the single pile for manufacturing a wind generating set.
