Abstract:
A single-roller adjustable manual walnut-shelling machine, which comprises a housing (1), a hopper (2) and an extrusion device (3); the housing (1) is in communication with the hopper (2), and the extrusion device (3) is provided in the housing (1) and is located below a discharge port of the hopper (2); the extrusion device (3) comprises an extrusion plate (4), an extrusion roller (5) and a turning handle (6); the extrusion roller (5) is fixedly connected to the turning handle (6); the extrusion plate (4) is rotatably connected to the housing (1); the extrusion roller (5) and the extrusion plate (4) form a channel therebetween for extruding walnuts; and an adjustment device (7) which drives the extrusion plate (4) to rotate is provided on the housing (1). The single-roller adjustable manual walnut-shelling machine carries out shelling by means of a manual drive device, has a simple structure, and is suitable for farmers to use. By means of adjusting the size of the walnut-extruding channel, the shelling machine can adapt to walnuts of various sizes.
