Abstract:
The present invention has disclosed a single-use hand-held dental drill with
high-speed turbine. The body of the dental drill consists of a head (11), a front
handle (24), and a back handle (10). An air turbine (14) is mounted in the chamber
of the head (11), and a hollow air turbine shaft (12) disposed in the center of the
air turbine (14) is tightly connected to a drilling needle (1) through press-fit
without a needle-replaced mechanism. Inside the front handle (24) and the back
handle (10), there are provided an air passage for transporting air, a water-mist
passage for transporting water-mist, and a water passage for transporting water.
An air pipe (3), a water-mist pipe (4), and a water pipe (5) are provided in the corresponding
passages. The water pipe is connected to a one-way valve in series, and the back
handle is connected to a dental treatment device. Therefore, it does not need
to mount the drilling needle when the dental drill is used and thus omit the needle-replaced
mechanism, which avoids medical negligence of drilling needle dropping while
cutting because the drilling needle has been held loosely.
