The invention relates to the cosmetics field, namely to single use perfume and cosmetic dry products to be applied onto a human body outer surfaces, teeth and oral mucosa to clean and take care of them.

RU 2142787 (20.12.1999) discloses a dry cosmetic mask for skin care, the mask comprising a mixture of fine powder sorbent, a bacteriostatic and a flavouring agent, the mask additionally including a cosmetic organic water-soluble additive having a boiling point above 100°C, wherein the fine powder sorbent is dehydrated beforehand to a residual moisture content of not more than 10 - 15%.

FR 2362919 (27.07.2009) discloses a facial skin care cosmetic mask comprising kaolin, zinc oxide, talc and herbal biologically active substances.

RU 2030911 (28.02.1992) discloses a dry mask for facial skin care, containing kaolin, talc, bentonite, biologically active additives such as oil chamomile extract, milled pits, abies sibirica foliage extract, ground nettle leafs, carbamide, as well as resorcinol, sodium benzoate, vanthol or bronopol, and PEG-400.

Also, RU 2543355 (27.02.2015) describes a dry cosmetic mask comprising a base and ground natural biologically active medicinal raw materials, a natural abrasive, wherein a fermented rye malt is used as the base, and ground dry rice having a particle size of 50 to 100 micron is used as the natural abrasive.

The drawback of all of the above technical solutions is the lack of information about their weight, covering, coating and construction features, which information would allow for determination of whether they can be applied as single use products.

The drawbacks of the above mentioned technical solutions are obviated in the proposed developed concept of a single use perfume and cosmetic dry product.

The technical result achieved when implementing the developed single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereinafter referred to as "the product") is providing a multiple component product composition having a certain weight by way of removal of excess moisture and volatile substances and by the use of a coating and coverings for the multiple component product composition and of a certain package type to preserve the properties of the product being dry.

The mentioned technical result is achieved by the use of the developed single use perfume and cosmetic dry product, characterized in that it is a multiple component composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances from the substances and components comprising the multiple component composition, is water soluble, placed in a covering and/or has a soluble coating, consists of organic, inorganic, biologically active substances and components, and is intended for the application onto a human body outer surfaces, teeth or oral mucosa in order to clean and care thereof.

Preferably, the weight of the multiple component composition is not more than 33 gram.

In preferable embodiments, the multiple component composition is water soluble when being soaped and spread for not more than 35 second. Typically, the multiple component composition is placed in a permeable, impermeable or soluble covering.

The permeable covering filled with the multiple component composition can be further placed in an impermeable covering.

Preferably, the used permeable covering made of non-woven fabric is inert to the multiple component composition, does not impede the dissolution of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading in water, and does not impede the passage through in all the directions of all the substances and components of the multiple component composition, the permeable covering as such being water insoluble.

The used permeable covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

The used impermeable covering can be designed to degrade during the soaping and spreading, is inert to the substances and components of the multiple component composition, is impermeable for the substances and components of the multiple component composition, wherein the impermeable covering as such is water insoluble.

The used impermeable covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

The soluble covering can be designed to be water soluble during the soaping and spreading and be inert to the substances and components of the multiple component composition.

The soluble covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

Both the permeable covering and the impermeable covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

Both the soluble covering and the impermeable covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

A compression-mold multiple component composition can be designed to allow for the application of a soluble coating thereto, the coating being water soluble and inert to the substances and components of the multiple component composition.

The soluble coating can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

The multiple component composition having the soluble coating can be further placed in an impermeable covering.

The soluble coating and the impermeable covering can be designed to allow for the dissolution in water of the multiple component composition during the soaping and spreading for not longer than 35 second.

The product can be further placed in a primary package made of at least a singlelayer polymeric material with a metalized layer, the package preventing the ingress of moisture and air from outside and preserving the properties of the product within the shelf life, provided that the conditions of the use and storage are followed.

Below the essence of the developed technical solution is disclosed through examples of its implementation.

Example 1 (with a permeable covering)

The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 17.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surface, the dry multiple component product composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%; 4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than

5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the multiple component composition being 16.8 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine the purpose and the single use of the composition.

16.8 gram of the dry multiple component product composition is placed into a permeable covering representing two layers of non-woven fabric with a surface density of 150 gram/m , heat sealed to each other along the perimeter, wherein the multiple component composition is placed between the two layers of the non-woven fabric.

The non-woven fabric is water insoluble, has the surface density of 150 g/m ² , is inert to the multiple component product composition, ensures the passage through in all the directions of all the substances and components of the multiple component product composition in the process of the soaping and spreading, and does not impede the dissolution of the multiple component composition during its soaping and spreading in water for not more than 35 second, wherein the permeable covering as such is water insoluble and can be used in the process of the soaping and spreading as a wash cloth to wash and clean the skin, hair and nails.

The permeable covering filled with the dry multiple component composition is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymer material with a metallized layer, keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 2 (with an impermeable covering degrading in water during the process of the soaping and spreading)

The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 11.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, the dry multiple component product composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance with wax-like particle matter) - not more than 5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the multiple component composition being 10.9 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine its purpose and the single use.

10,9 gram of the dry multiple component product composition is placed into an impermeable covering made of a polyester film having thickness of 10.1 micron, the covering being designed to degrade in the process of the soaping and spreading in water and not impede the dissolution of the multiple component composition when in the process of the soaping and spreading in water for not more than 35 second, wherein the covering is produced inert to the substances and components of the multiple component product composition and impermeable in no direction to all the substances and components of the multiple component product composition, and wherein the impermeable covering as such is water insoluble.

The impermeable covering containing the dry multiple component composition is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymeric material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 3 (with a soluble covering) The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 13.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, the dry multiple component product composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than

5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the multiple component composition of 12.9 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine its purpose and the single use.

12.9 gram of the dry multiple component product composition is placed in a soluble covering produced of a water soluble film having thickness of 25.0 micron, the covering being designed to be soluble in water in the process of the soaping and spreading and not prevent the dissolution of the multiple component product composition in the process of the soaping and spreading in water for not more than 31 second, wherein the soluble covering is inert to the single use perfume and cosmetic dry product composition.

The soluble covering containing the dry multiple component composition is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymer material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 4 (with a soluble coating, in the form of a compressed ball) A single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereinafter: "the product") having weight of 21.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, in the form of a compressed ball produced, by the compaction of the dry multiple component composition after the excess moisture and volatile substances are removed, from substances and components of the multiple component product composition, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than 5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the dry multiple component composition being 20.9 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine the purpose and single use of the composition.

A water-soluble coating of oxypropyl methylcellulose, Tween 80 and castor oil in the existing proportions is sprayed onto the compressed dry multiple component product composition in the form of a compressed ball having weight of 20.9 gram.

After its application, the soluble coating takes form of a film on the dry multiple component product composition designed to dissolve in water when being soaped and spread, wherein the soluble coating and the multiple component product composition are designed to dissolve in water for not more than 35 second, and wherein the water-soluble coating is inert when being applied and used with the substances and components of the multiple component product composition compacted into a ball.

The dry multiple component composition in the form of a compacted ball with a soluble coating applied onto it is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymeric material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed. When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 5 (a permeable covering, oral cavity)

The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 2.5 gram and intended for the care of teeth and the oral cavity, the dry multiple component product composition is obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. calcium carbonate (dry powder) - not more than 80.0%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 10.0 %;

3. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 9.0

%;

4. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

5. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

The weight of the dry multiple component composition being 2.3 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine its purpose and the single use.

2.3 gram of the dry multiple component product composition is placed into a permeable covering representing two layers of non-woven fabric, each layer having the surface density of 125 gram/m , heat sealed to each other along the perimeter.

The dry multiple component composition is placed between the two layers of the permeable covering made of non-woven fabric and having the width of 30 mm and the length of 65 mm, wherein the edges of the permeable covering containing the dry multiple component composition are heat sealed along their width to form a cylinder with the height of 30 mm and the diameter of 19 mm, wherein the cylindrical covering containing the dry multiple component composition is drawable on a brush head like a sleeve.

The non-woven fabric is water insoluble, has the surface density of 125 g/m ² , is inert to the multiple component product composition, ensures the passage through in all the directions of all the dissolved in water substances and components of the multiple component product composition in the process of the soaping and spreading (in the process of teeth brushing), and does not impede the dissolution of the multiple component product composition during its soaping and spreading (in the process of teeth brushing) in water for not more than 35 second.

The permeable covering as such is water insoluble and can be used in the process of the soaping and spreading, i.e. in the process of teeth brushing, as a cleaning sleeve drawn on the brush head.

The permeable covering containing the dry multiple component composition is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymeric material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 6 (a permeable covering and an impermeable covering degrading in water in the process of the soaping and spreading)

The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 13.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, the dry multiple component product composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than 5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the dry multiple component composition being 12.8 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine its purpose and the single use.

12.8 gram of the dry multiple component product composition is placed into a permeable covering representing two layers of non-woven fabric with the surface density of 170 gram/m , heat sealed to each other along the perimeter, wherein the dry multiple component composition is placed between the two layers of the non-woven fabric.

The non-woven fabric is water insoluble, has the surface density of 170 g/m2, is inert to the multiple component product composition, ensures the passage through in all the directions of all the dissolved in water substances and components of the multiple component product composition in the process of the soaping and spreading.

The premeable covering containing the dry mulpiple component composition of the single use perfume and cosmetic dry product is, further, placed in an impermeable covering.

The impermeable covering made of polyester film having the width of 10.1 micron is designed to degrade in the process of the soaping and spreading in water and does not impede dissolution of the dry multiple component composition.

The permeable covering and the impermeable covering of the dry single use perfume and cosmetic dry product are designed to dissolve in the process of the soaping and spreading of the multiple component composition in water for not longer than 35 second.

The permeable covering which contains the dry multiple component composition and is placed in the impermeable covering is further placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymer material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

Example 7 (a soluble coating and an impermeable covering degrading in water in the process of the soaping and spreading)

A single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereinafter: "the product") having the weight of 13.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, in the form of a compressed ball produced, by the compaction of the dry multiple component composition after excess moisture and volatile substances are removed, from substances and components of the multiple component composition, comprising: 1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than

5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive odor) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the dry multiple component composition being 12.9 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine the purpose and single use of the composition.

A water-soluble coating of oxypropyl methylcellulose, Tween 80 and castor oil in the existing proportions is sprayed onto the compressed dry multiple component product composition in the form of a compressed ball having weight of 12.9 gram.

The dry multiple component composition of the single use perfume and cosmetic dry product, the composition having a soluble coating applied thereon, is further placed in an impermeable covering.

The impermeable covering made of polyester film having width of 10.1 micron is designed to degrade in the process of the soaping and spreading in water and does not impede the dissolution of the dry multiple component composition.

The soluble coating and the impermeable covering of the dry single use perfume and cosmetic dry product are designed to dissolve in the process of the soaping and spreading of the multiple component composition in water for no longer than 35 second.

The dry multiple component composition in the form of a compacted ball with a soluble coating applied onto it, situated in an impermeable covering, is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymeric material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions. Example 8 (with a soluble covering and an impermeable covering degrading in water in the process of the soaping and spreading)

The single use perfume and cosmetic dry product (hereainafter: "the product") having the weight of 13.0 gram and intended for the cleaning and care of a human body outer surfaces, the dry multiple component product composition obtained by the removal of excess moisture and volatile substances, comprising:

1. natural sulphide silt mud of continental origin (dry powder) - not more than 55%;

2. sodium bicarbonate (dry) - not more than 19%;

3. citric acid (dry) - not more than 14%;

4. dried plant extracts - not more than 5.5%;

5. SC-CO2 extract (the extract obtained by supercritical extraction with carbon dioxide; an oily substance including wax-like particle matter) - not more than 5.5%;

6. essential oils (transparent liquid with distinctive smell) - not more than 0.5%;

7. vegetable carbon (black fine powder, dry) - not more that 0.5%;

The weight of the dry multiple component composition being 12.9 gram, the mentioned qualitative characteristics of and the ratio of the amounts of the substances and components of the dry multiple component composition determine its purpose and the single use.

The multiple component product composition having weight of 12.9 gram is placed in a soluble covering made of a water soluble film having the width of 25.0 micron, the covering being designed to dissolve in water in the process of the soaping and spreading and not impede the dissolution of the multiple component product composition.

The soluble covering containing the dry mulpiple component composition of the single use perfume and cosmetic dry product is, further, placed in an impermeable covering.

The impermeable covering made of polyester film having the width of 10.1 micron is designed to degrade in the process of the soaping and spreading and does not impede the dissolution of the multiple component composition.

The soluble covering and the impermeable covering of the dry single use perfume and cosmetic dry product are designed to dissolve in the process of the soaping and spreading the multiple component composition in water for not longer than 35 second.

The soluble covering containing the dry multiple component composition, situated in an impermeable covering, is placed in an outer package to be removed when the product is used, wherein the package is made of at least a single-layer polymeric material with a metallized layer and keeps the product dry and prevents the ingress of moisture and air from the outside during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.

When the product is used, the package is removed and the product is then applied in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions.

The above disclosed multiple component composition, its qualitative characteristics and the ratio of the amounts of its substances and components, and the covering and/or coating determine the possibility of the single use of the dry single use perfume and cosmetic dry product; the package keeps the product dry during the established shelf life, provided that the conditions of the product use and storage are followed.
