Abstract:
A sinking-type Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum microbial preparation, and a preparation method and a use therefor. The present microbial preparation comprises the following components in mass percent: 20-30% Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum ZDFY1801 fermentation paste, 15-20% glucose, 10% NaHCO3, 10-15% zeolite powder, 19-44.5% bran powder and 0.5-1.0% trehalose. The sinking-type Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum microbial preparation contains Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum ZDFY1801 fermentation paste, said Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum ZDFY1801 having multiple effects such as efficiently degrading ammonia in water for culturing, fining water for culturing, inhibiting pathogenic Vibrio proliferation in culturing ponds, and promoting cultured animal growth, and being able to applied in aquaculture. When used, the Rhodosporidium sphaerocarpum preparation, which is formed into flat pieces, need only be thrown by hand into the required positions in an aquaculture pond, and the preparation can automatically rapidly sink to the bottom of the pond, and gradually release and begin working.
