Abstract:
A sintered hollow polyurethane spongy metal structure has porous skeleton construction with
dodecahedron of reduced metal. The skeleton construction has hollow rigid configuration
which appears geometric and comprises closed pores, semi-closed pores, semi-open
pores. The interior and exterior of the construction has high tridimensional
specific surface. The preparation method of the metal structure comprises following
steps: forming a porous substrate, coating the substrate with metal, sintering
the coated substrate to remove the combustible substrate, galvanizing the same
metal to increase thickness, reducing the structure under hydrogen atmosphere
.The metal structure can be used as carrier of air cleaning filter.
