Abstract:
The present invention relates to a siphon tube of a storage container for a gas-based fire extinguishing agent, wherein the siphon tube of the storage container having a flat bottom is a double tube that can bend in multiple places, and thus the lower end of the siphon tube can vertically reach the edge of the bottom surface of the container. To this end, the siphon tube of the storage container for the gas-based fire extinguishing agent comprises: a suction unit disposed in the central portion of the inside of a container body in the longitudinal direction, wherein the upper end of the suction unit is connected to a fire extinguishing agent discharge port in the upper portion of the container body and discharges the fire extinguishing agent, the lower end of the suction unit has a suction port formed in an open free end and suctions the fire extinguishing agent, and the direction of the tube path is changed several times, by joints formed by bending the body of the suction unit, so that the suction port constantly and vertically reaches the edge of the bottom surface of the container and suctions the fire extinguishing agent; and a main body coupling unit which is connected to the upper end of the suction unit and connects the suction unit to the fire extinguishing agent discharge port in the upper portion of the container body. Therefore, the siphon tube easily suctions the fire extinguishing agent remaining at the edge of the bottom surface of the container to minimize the amount remaining after discharge, and thus can improve cost effectiveness and fire extinguishing performance through the efficient use of the gas-based fire extinguishing agent and reduce the waste of auxiliary equipment, manpower, and time required to install the storage container.
