Abstract:
Provided are a siRNA for inhibiting the expression of an asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPR1) gene, a siRNA conjugate, a pharmaceutical composition comprising same, and use thereof. Each nucleotide in the siRNA is independently a modified or unmodified nucleotide, and the siRNA comprises a sense strand and an antisense strand. The siRNA and the conjugate and the pharmaceutical composition thereof can effectively treat and/or prevent diseases associated with the overexpression of the ASGPR1 gene.
