Abstract:
Provided are a siRNA for specifically knocking down TNF-α gene expression and an application thereof. The siRNA sequence can specifically knock down a TNF-α transcriptional level, and modify a sense strand by means of sulfo, and thus, on the basis that cytotoxicity is not obviously increased, the anti-enzymolysis capability in serum is improved, the in-vivo retention time of the siRNA is increased, and the siRNA can be applied to treatment of tumor diseases or autoimmune diseases associated with a TNF-α gene.
