Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model is a sit-up assisting device, which is characterized by comprising a main body, short handles and sealing assemblies. A fixed balance weight area and a hollow balance weight adjustment area are arranged in the main body; the main body is in a polygonal column shape; the short handles are arranged on the two sides of the main body; the short handles are communicated with the hollow balance weight adjustment area, and openings are formed on the end parts of the short handles; a detachable sealing assembly is provided at the opening on the end part of the short handle. The sit-up assisting device in the present utility model is not limited in field use, can be moved, placed and used for exercise at any time, and allows people to do sit-up at any time and any place; the balance weight of the assisting device can be increased by adding water or fine sand, etc. according to the weight requirement, so that the assisting device is flexible to use and easy to produce and popularize.
