Abstract:
The present invention relates to a skate-sliding type exercising apparatus comprising: a main frame which is disposed parallel to an installation target surface and faces the installation target surface; and a pair of belt assemblies which are installed on the main frame to form contact surfaces with which the soles of a user can come into contact and which can each reciprocate, simultaneously, or alternately. Thus, the user can exercise according to various body shapes of the user by using skating movements.
