Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of physical fitness facilities. A skating machine, comprising a rack, supporting shafts, and a synchronizing assembly, wherein the two supporting shafts are hinged to the rack side by side, pedals are hinged to the tops of the supporting shafts, and the pedals are eccentrically arranged relative to the supporting shafts; and the synchronizing assembly is arranged between the two supporting shafts and enables the two supporting shafts to act synchronously. The present application is rational in overall structural design, and uses the coordination effect of a body and the movement trajectories of legs during a skating process, and an apparatus is designed accordingly, and location simulation is created between the two pedals by means of the synchronizing assembly, such that the skating effect can be achieved during the process of action of two feet. The present application can also be provided with an electric driver to assist a human body with rehabilitation training, or can be provided with a resistance adjusting assembly to improve the fitness effect and intensity. The present application can greatly improve the overall coordination effect of the body and improve the overall action intensity of the body.
