Abstract:
A skeleton structure for a collapsible swivel chair, comprising an upper disc head (1) and a lower disc head (2). The upper end surface of the lower disc head (1) is a plane; a plurality of ball grooves (22) are distributed on the plane; the ball grooves (22) are inwardly recessed hemispherical grooves; balls (4) are embedded in the grooves; the lower end surface of the upper disc head (1) is a plane parallel to the upper end surface of the lower disc head (2); the lower end surface of the upper disc head (1) is in rolling contact with all the balls (4); the upper disc head (1) and the lower disc head (2) can rotate relative to each other around a main rotating shaft. A plane-to-plane matching mode is adopted between the upper disc head (1) and the lower disc head (2), and thus, the force bearing effect is remarkably improved; moreover, rolling friction is adopted to replace sliding friction, and thus, flexible rotation and comfort in use are achieved.
