Abstract:
A skeleton structure of saddle comprises a main skeleton (1) provided in the upper cushion
and an assistant skeleton (2) provided in the lower cushion, and cooperated with
the main skeleton (1), at least each side arm (11) of the main skeleton (1) has a
block (12), the assistant skeleton (2) is U-shape structure, and on the extending arms
(21) of the assistant skeleton (2), it provides sliding grooves (211) corresponding with
the blocks (12). The blocks (12) lock in the sliding grooves, forming a retractable configuration.
Between the back of the assistant skeleton (2) and the main skeleton (1), it has
a lock fixed member (3), and the retractable configuration which is between the
back of the assistant skeleton (2) and the main skeleton (1), is formed of the blocks
(12) and the sliding grooves (211), the retractable configuration realizes
the fasten purpose between upper cushion and lower cushion, instead of the manner
of sewing between the upper cushion and lower cushion. Therefore, this skeleton
structure of saddle is easy to assemble and disassemble. It avoids the disadvantage
of hard to disassemble, formless, and the distortion during sewing as well. At
the same time, it is efficient and reduces the cost.
