Abstract:
Provided is a skid-mount structure for an ejector-type combustion device (10), comprising an ejector-type combustion device (10) and skid-mount outer frame (12). The ejector-type combustion device (10) comprises several Venturi burners (14) and a multilayer protective shield (16) surrounding the several Venturi burners (14) and arranged in the axial direction of the ejector-type combustion device (10). The skid-mount outer frame (12) is fixedly connected to the multilayer protective shield (16). A plurality of support structures (22) is fixedly connected between the skid-mount outer frame (12) and each layer of the protective shield (16). Each support structure (22) comprises a a fixing plate (24) welded to the outer surface of the protective shield (16) and a support bar (26) fixedly connected between the fixing plate (24) and the skid-mount outer frame (12). The arc of curvature of the surface of the fixing plate (24) is the same as the arc of curvature of the outer surface of the protective shield (16). The skid-mount outer frame (12) is also provided with a second support structure (30) supporting a ring-shaped distributing pipe (28) in the direction of gravity. The skid-mount structure solves, at low cost, the problem of the transport and securing of the ejector-type combustion device (10), and achieves flexible fixing of the protective shield (16) and support of the combustor distributing pipe.
