Abstract:
The present invention relates to a skin disease treatment device and a skin disease treatment system, which: have high efficacy in the treatment of not only bacteria but also fungi by inducing the generation of active oxygen in a photosensitive film; enable symptom alleviation and early cure without side effects for mammals, such as livestock and companion animals, because a process of injecting into a body is not performed; have no risk of developing resistant strains; and are designed for user convenience, and thus are economical and convenient and have excellent efficacy in treating skin diseases.
