The present invention relates to the technical field of refrigerating devices, and specifically provides a skirting apparatus, a refrigerator, and a refrigerating device. The present invention aims at solving the problem that skirting parts at the bottoms of existing built-in refrigerators cannot be visually integrated with cupboards. The refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body, a plurality of hinges mounted on the refrigerator body, and a door body mounted on the hinges, and at least one of the plurality of hinges is located at the bottom of the refrigerator body and has a part exposed below the door body. The skirting apparatus is mounted on the refrigerator and provided with a relief portion, and the relief portion is used for relieving the hinge located at the bottom of the refrigerator body. The skirting apparatus further comprises a base and a plurality of magnets mounted on the base, and is attracted to the refrigerator by means of the magnets. When the skirting apparatus is mounted on the refrigerator, a skirting part at the bottom of the refrigerator can be visually integrated with a cupboard.
