Abstract:
A slanted optical film capable of achieving a naked-eye 3D effect of a display screen, and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method for the slanted optical film comprises the following steps: step 1: using a micro-nano imprinting technology to coat a high-refractive-index grating coating on one surface of a transparent base film, and performing ultraviolet curing to form a uniformly arranged lenticular lens array, thereby obtaining a slanted grating layer; and step 2: coating a low-refractive-index filling coating on the slanted grating layer, and performing ultraviolet curing; placing the slanted grating layer in an oven, the oven having an atmosphere having a relative humidity of 95-98% controlled by an ammonium dihydrogen phosphate saturated solution; and setting a temperature of 100-120℃, and carrying out thermal crosslinking for 3-4 hours to obtain the slanted optical film. The crosslinking degree inside the grating is enhanced by adding a sulfydryl-containing monomer; the crosslinking of the grating layer and a filling layer is enhanced by using sulfydryl and carboxyl to perform a ring-opening reaction on an epoxy group; thus, optical loss in the optical film is reduced, light transmittance is improved, and a 3D stereoscopic effect is enhanced.
