Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The invention relates to a slat cutting apparatus (1) wherein it comprises a lipping adjustment drum (2), an adjustment screw (3), an upper plate (4), a lipping plate (5), a top-lateral compression group adjustment screw (6), a lipping wedge (7), a slat top-lateral supporting point (8), a tab supporting point (9) and a slat bottom supporting point (10).

A slat cutting apparatus (1) according to Claim 1 characterized by an adjustment drum (2) enabling the selection of the adjustment screw appropriate for the slat (S) size.

A slat cutting apparatus (1) according to Claim 2 characterized in that the bottom lipping plate (5) is placed on the adjustment screw (3) of the upper plate (4) enabling the restriction of the area where the slat is to be placed in vertical axis.

A slat cutting apparatus (1) according to Claim 1 or Claim 2 characterized by a lipping wedge (7) enabling the restriction of the slat (S) from the upper-lateral supporting point.

A slat cutting apparatus (1) according to any of the claims above characterized by the tab supporting point (9) and the slat bottom supporting point (10) and the slat top-lateral supporting point (8) enabling vertical and horizontal securing of the slat.

A slat cutting apparatus (1) according to any of the claims above characterized by the screw (12), the washer (13) and the pin (14) enabling the optional assembly and disassembly of the slat cutting apparatus on the single cutting machine.

Description:
DESCRIPTION

SLAT CUTTING APPARATUS

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention relates to novelty made on the slat cutting apparatus. PRIOR ART When prior art is examined, it is seen that press moulds from lower and upper sides and lipping piece enabling lateral compression for the purpose of securing salt placed into PVC and aluminum window frames during cutting procedure.

In patent application numbered 2012/12650, a slat cutting apparatus comprising one cutting apparatus is mentioned. This invention is a slat cutting apparatus (1) used to cut the slat profiles used to secure the glasses into the window frames which are made of plastic materials and derivatives thereof with the correct angle wherein it comprises an engine carrier table (9) bearing the engine (3); a profile apparatus (10) enabling that the slat profile to be cut is held in proper position during the cutting procedure; a clamp group (7) securing the slat profile on said profile apparatus (10) on the main frame (8); an engine guide lever (2) enabling right and left tilting such that the slat ends are cut symmetrically during cutting procedure of the cutting block consisting of the engine (3) and the saw apparatus (5) by controlling manually; a rotating metal sheet (14) enabling the rotating of the engine (3) inside the engine carrier table (9) by transmitting the drive provided from the engine rotating arm (2) to the engine (3); movement shafts (17) enabling that the saw apparatus (5) connected to the engine (3) inside the engine carrier table (9) are moved towards the slat profile during the cutting procedure which are components of the mechanism providing the cutting of the profile slat on the apparatus secured on the main frame (8) with the desired length via a single engine (3) and the saw apparatus (5) connected to said engine (3) such that both ends of the profile slat are symmetrical.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The aim of this invention is to enable the cutting of slats having different sizes with a single apparatus.

Another aim of the invention is to enable that the profile cutting machines can cut both profiles and slats.

Another aim of the invention is to provide cost advantage by using mutual apparatus.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

"Slat Cutting Apparatus" realized to reach the aim of the invention is shown in accompanying figures in which:

Figure 3- is a perspective view of the invention in an insertable position to the profile cutting mechanism.

With the slat cutting apparatus (1) of the invention, cutting of slats with different sizes with a single apparatus is provided.

The slat cutting apparatus (1) is secured by seating on the slots arranged on the single cutting machine (11) via assembly members such as the pin (14), the screw (12) and the washer (13). The connection of the slat cutting apparatus (1) to the single cutting machine (11) is realized via the screw (12). After the screw (12) is firstly attached to the washer (13), it is passed throughout the channel inside the slat cutting apparatus (1). The screw (12) is secured by being tightened with the threads on the fixed table (11) on the single cutting machine, thereby completing the assembly.

In the invention (1), the slats (S) are secured in two ways, bottom and top-lateral compression group adjustment.

In bottom compression group adjustment application, the lipping adjustment drum (2) is rotated and the adjustment screw (3) appropriate for the slat (S) size is chosen. As the second step the upper plate (4) is placed on the adjustment screw (3). Thusly, bottom lipping plate (5) restricts the area where the slat is to be placed in vertical axis. The slat (S) is placed by sliding to the exposed side on the single cutting machine to which the invention is optionally assembled and disassembled and the slat cutting apparatus (1) of the invention. In top-lateral compression group adjustment application, the top-lateral adjustment screw (6) is rotated. The lipping wedge (7) restricts the slat (S) from upper-lateral supporting point (8). The slat tab supporting point (9) is secured in vertical and horizontal axis with the aim of the slat bottom supporting point (10) and the slat top- lateral supporting point (8).

A variety of applications of the invention can be improved and the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein, it is essentially as indicated in the claims.
