Abstract:
Provided is a sleep aid apparatus. When the apparatus is in an assembled and in use state, the apparatus is assembled on a bed surface (61), a user uses the apparatus for sleeping, and a main covering piece (1) covers and warms up the body of the user. By providing a first flexible piece (41) and a second flexible piece (42), displacement in the middle of the front side of the main covering piece (1) is limited; by providing a first piece (31) and a second piece (32), a displacement of a left portion (12) and a right portion (13) of the front side of the main covering piece (1) is limited; by providing a fifth flexible piece (45) and a sixth flexible piece (46), displacement in the rear part of the main covering piece (1) is limited; and by providing an end covering piece (2), the probability that a large gap is generated on the front side edge of the main covering piece (1) is reduced. When compared with a common quilt, the probability of catching a cold due to a displacement in the cover caused by necessary physical activity of a user during sleep can be reduced; and when compared with a closed arrangement of one side or multiple sides of a common anti-kicking sleeping bag, the ventilation of the body during sleep is less affected.
