Abstract:

CLAIMS

2 - The medical tissue sheer and cutting machine of claim 1, wherein: characterized in that it comprises cutting blades (11) positioned on the blade heads (12) which perform slicing in the machine. 3- The medical tissue sheer and cutting machine of claim 1, wherein: characterized in that it has blade heads (12) positioned on the lower plate (17).

4- The medical tissue sheer and cutting machine of claim 1, wherein: characterized in that the blade heads (12) comprise a single blade divide button (7) controlled by the recoil springs (23) and the double blade divider button (8).

5- The medical tissue sheer and cutting machine of claim 1, characterized in that; characterized in that the blade heads (12) have a recoil spring (23) associated with the upper surface thereof.

Description:
SLICING AND CUTTING MACHINE FOR MEDICAL PLASTER Technological Field:

The present invention relates to a medical plaster sheer and a cutting machine that separates, cuts, slices, and separates into desired lengths of plaster used during and at the end of the operation.

Known State of Technology:

In the current system, the medical plaster used in health institutions during and after operation is cut by hand or with scissors, this cutting system takes a longer time. Cutters used in cutting operations can cause microbial contamination, some parts of which are thin during the cutting of the medical plaster with scissors. This avoids the proper and balanced use of the medical plaster and increases the waste rate and cost.

In the state of the art, nurses in the health care facilities and emergency rooms pre-cut the medical plaster and pre-cut them and use a very primitive method of stick them into their own clothing and then apply them to the patient during the application of the plaster. Due to this non-healthy application, germs can be transported from personnel to patient or from patient to staff or personnel. With publication number FR2696433 Al is described for a dispenser for strip that are in a roll state. The invention includes a housing with an inner core for the material roll and a cutter at one end of the side opening. The aperture has a cap that can be moved between two positions, the aperture is open and the strip material extends over the cutter. The shutter is designed to move around the hub. For example, it can be moved by sliding the strip material along the round slot on the side of the housing. With publication number GB717959 A is described as “Portable tape dispensing device”. It is an object of the present invention to provide a new and improved portable adhesive tape dispensing device, which is operable to effectively protect the tape roll or pack and to protect and cut the band sections of the selected length, manufactured to protect against contamination. It relates to a device which is clean and safe with minimal effort and minimizes the cutting by manually of the tape or belt package, eliminating the possibility of accidentally pinching or cutting out fingers or hands and therefore distributes the tape which is relatively inexpensive to manufacture. The above-mentioned applications have been mentioned about the tape distribution devices. In these devices, there is no application that separates, slices, and cuts the medical plaster. In addition, manual intervention is required in these applications.

As a result, there is a need for a new technology that can overcome the aforementioned disadvantages of a medical plaster which can perform a single, double or triple slicing cutting process in a fast in any desired length.

Definition of Invention: The present invention is a medical tissue sheer and cutting machine, characterized in that; is a new technology which is able to perform fast, desired length of slicing-cutting in single, double or triple sizes of medical plaster.

In order to realize all the foregoing and the following objects, which are described in detail below, it automatically separates and cuts the desired medical plaster, which is used during and at the end of operation.

The invention provides for the cutting, slicing and separation of the medical plaster in the health facilities in a healthy, economical, easy and desired manner. In addition, the invention ensures that the patient is given more hygienic conditions in the operations and facilitates and along with the health worker in the interventions in emergency services. The invention provides that the fixing of the granule in the process of opening the vascular access is done hygienically and healthily by dividing the medical plaster, which will not cause painful stretching pains to the patient. All the advantages of the method according to the invention will be more clearly understood from the detailed description of the scheme given below and references to this scheme, and therefore the evaluation should be made in view of this scheme and the detailed description. Description of the Invention:

The invention comprises at least one cut-off button for cutting the top cover (1), which is positioned at the top of the lower plate (17), in the form of the medical plaster in the form of a branching stabilizer (14), double-sliced medical plaster (15) and triple sliced medical plaster (16). The main components of the subject matter of the invention are the top cover (1), the on/off button (2), the cutting button (3), the on / off lamp (4), the cutting resistance (5), the outlet port (6), the single blade slicing button ( 7), double blade slicing button (8), medical plaster roll (9), medical plaster fitting apparatus (10), cutting blade (11), blade head (12), medical plaster upper layer (13), branch stabilizer (14) bilateral sliced medical plaster (15), triple sliced medical plaster (16), lower plate (17), battery (18), motor (19), voltage distributing socket (20), feed socket (21), medical plaster substrate (22), recoil spring (23) and drive shaft (24) (Figure-l). The product of the present invention is a machine that makes the hygienic and practical cutting, separating and dividing of the medical plaster upper layer (13) and the medical plaster substrate (22) from each other automatically (Figure-l).

In the product according to the invention, the lower table (17) and the top cover (1) are positioned one above the other (Figure-l). With the 12V DC current taken from the 12 V DC battery (18), the medical wheel drive shaft (24) rotates in the drive shaft direction (h2) and the medical plaster upper layer (13) is moved forward towards the outlet direction (h4) (Figure-l). 2) .The system is controlled by transmitting the 12 V DC current disconnect button (3) from the battery (18), cutting the medical plaster to the desired size (Figure-l).

The energy input of the invention is provided by the 220V AC supply socket (21) (Figure-l). The energy from the supply socket (21) enters the battery (18) (Figure-l). In the invention, the bilateral sliced medical plaster (15) is optionally pressed into the double-blade split button (8) in order to cut in the form of the triple sliced medical plaster (16) during the passage of the forward-moving medical float. For cutting in the form of bilateral sliced medical plaster (15), the respective single blade divider button

(7) is pressed (Figure-l). In order to obtain a single piece of medical plaster in this cutting process, the single blade divider button (7) and the double blade divider button

(8) are turned off (Figure-l). The single blade divider button (7) is briefly pressed (Fig. 1) so that the medical plaster can be cut in the form of the brass stopper (14) during vascular operations. This compartment is made partially and when the single blade divider button (7) is pressed, the button is retracted with the recoil spring (23) and a portion of the medical plaster is removed from the chamber (Figure-l). The desired cutting length is carried out by means of cutting resistance (5) (Figure-l).

In the invention, the up and down movement of the single blade divider button (7) or the double blade section button (8) on the cutting blades (11) located on the blade head (12) is carried out by the recoil spring (23) (Figure-l). The blade heads (12) shown in the figures are drawn by turning the cutting blade 180 ° in the direction of insertion into the system (h3) for comfortable illustration (Figure-l, Figure-2).
