Abstract:
A slide assisting device comprises a pushing/pulling unit (1) provided on a movable body
(7) and having a rotator (2), a regulating means (3) for regulating the rotary range
of the rotator, an urging means (4) for storing or applying the urging force as
the rotator rotates, and a latch means (5) for latching the rotator releasably under
a state where the urging means (4) is storing the urging force; and an operating member
provided on the body (8) and locking the rotator (2) through the latch means (5)
by rotating the rotator in such a direction as the urging means (4) stores the urging
force by butting against the rotator in the process where the movable body (7)
slides from the pulled position in the pushing direction or from the pushed position
in the pulling direction or making the movable body slidable in the pushing direction
or the pulling direction with the stored urging force by making the rotator (2)
rotatable in the direction for unlatching the latch means (5).
