Abstract:
This slide bearing (bearing sleeve (8)) is provided with an oxide green compact in which metal powder particles (11) are bonded together by an oxide coating film (12) formed on the surfaces of the particles (11). The oxide green compact is provided with bearing surfaces (A, B) that slide against a to-be-supported mating member (shaft member (2)) with a lubrication film interposed therebetween. The bearing surfaces (A, B) are provided with numerous opening parts (13a) where communication with internal air holes (13b) is blocked by the oxide coating film (12).
