Abstract:
The present invention relates to folding glasses of which the volume is reduced by sliding the lens frames at both sides to be close to or away from each other. Guide bars, fixing tubular bodies and a slide tubular body are formed with the cross-sectional shape of a trapezoid to operate without movement. An elastic element is secured in an elastic groove having a base protrusion, so that the elastic element is guided in the elastic groove for stable elastic operation when the elastic element is retracted. A contact surface of the elastic element is subjected to friction in surface contact with the slide tubular body so that sliding friction force is applied stably.
