Abstract:
A slide lock device assembled in a door opening assistance device to smoothen locking of reciprocation of a movable body and the release of the locking. The slide lock device has a movable body (21) reciprocating linearly; lock members (27, 28) adapted to be engageable with and releasable from the movable body (21) and locking the movement of the movable body (21) by engaging with it; a first elastic member (24) for urging the lock members (27, 28) so that they are moved in the direction of their release from engagement with the movable body (21); a second elastic member (29) for urging the lock members (27, 28) in the direction of their engagement with the movable body (21); and a holding means (26a, 26b) for holding the first elastic member (24) in a state where the first elastic member has elastic force greater than the maximum elastic force of the second elastic member (29) and controlling so that action of elastic force of the first elastic member (24) to the second elastic member (29) is interrupted when the second elastic member (29) moves the lock members (27, 28) in the direction of their engagement with the movable body (21).
