Abstract:
A slider-type feeding frame capable of preventing deformation of a shaft. A driving shaft (4) and a driven shaft (3) are provided within the frame (9), a driving wheel is provided on the driving shaft (4), and a driven wheel is provided on the driven shaft (3). Two ends of the driving shaft (4) are connected to bearing seats (8) provided at two sides of the frame, pillow block bearings (5) are provided on the driving shaft (4), and the pillow block bearings (5) are further connected to a frame body (6) close to the driving shaft side by means of second threaded rods (7). Two ends of the driven shaft (3) are fixedly connected at two sides of the frame, a bearing is provided on the driven shaft, the driven wheel is provided on the bearing, and the driven shaft (3) is connected to the frame body (1) close to the driven shaft side by means of first threaded rods (2). The slider-type feeding frame applies a reverse pulling force to the driving shaft and to the driven shaft, preventing deformation of the shafts during operating, maintaining the transmission stability of the device, prolonging the service life of the device.
