Abstract:
Disclosed is sliding block return hole position measurement apparatus, comprising a measurement mechanism (1), wherein the measurement mechanism (1) comprises a mounting base (11), and a measurement head (12) matching a return hole; the mounting base (11) is in floating connection with a longitudinal pushing device (13), and the measurement head (12) is fixed on the longitudinal pushing device (13) and is pushed by same to match the return hole; the mounting base (11) is in transverse sliding connection with a transverse boss (14), and a spring is connected between the transverse boss (14) and the mounting base (11); the transverse boss (14) is in vertical sliding connection with the longitudinal pushing device (13), and a vertically arranged spring is connected between the transverse boss (14) and the longitudinal pushing device (13); and the mounting base (11) is internally provided with two displacement sensors (15) for measuring a transverse movement distance and a vertical movement distance of the longitudinal pushing device (13). During measurement, the measurement head (12) matches the return hole for direct centering, thus avoiding a positioning error, meanwhile, the position of the return hole is calculated according to a movement distance of the measurement head (12) when matching the return hole and an initial position of the measurement head (12), and with the structure, the detection method is convenient and simple, and the detection efficiency and accuracy of the return hole are effectively improved.
