Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is a sliding nozzle provided with three plates of an upper plate, a middle plate for performing a sliding operation, and a lower plate, wherein adhesion and depositing of metal oxides and the like is suppressed at the inner hole wall surfaces of the plates. In the present invention, the inner hole wall surface on the closed side of the middle plate 2 in the sliding direction is provided with an inclined part 2a that is inclined downward in a direction so that the inner hole contracts, an upper portion of the inner hole wall surface on the open side of the middle plate 2 in the sliding direction is provided with an inclined part 2b that is inclined downward so that the inner hole contracts, and a lower portion of the inner hole wall surface on the open side of the middle plate 2 in the sliding direction is provided with an inclined part 2c that is inclined downward so that the inner hole expands.
