Abstract:
A sliding structure, comprising: a first tube body (5); a second tube body (4), the second tube body (4) being slidably arranged in the first tube body (5); second sliding members (7), one side of each of the second sliding members (7) being engaged on the outer wall of the second tube body (4), and the other side of each of the second sliding members (7) being slidably connected to the inner wall of the first tube body (5); and a first sliding member (6), wherein when the first sliding member (6) is not mounted, part of the first sliding member (6) exceeds an end of the second tube body (4), and the first sliding member (6) is directly clamped on the second tube body (4), or is indirectly clamped on the second tube body (4) by means of the second sliding members (7), and when the first sliding member (6) is mounted, the first sliding member (6) is separated from the second tube body (4), one side of the first sliding member (6) is engaged on the inner wall of the first tube body (5), and the other side of the first sliding member (6) is slidably connected to the outer wall of the second tube body (4). A mounting method for the sliding structure and an actuator including the sliding structure are also provided. By means of the sliding structure, avoidance holes which need to be provided for mounting the first sliding member are reduced, thereby reducing production costs, improving the usage strength of tube walls, preventing deformation of the tube walls, and also increasing the mounting speed.
