Abstract:
A sliding-type propeller steering mechanism, comprising a base (1), hydraulic cylinders (3), a rudder stock (2), a rudder angle indicator (9), and stroke limiters (12). A plurality of hydraulic cylinders (3) is provided on both sides of the base (1); the rudder stock (2) is provided at the center of the base (1); crosshead bearings (6) are separately provided at both ends of the rudder stock (2); a crosshead trunnion (5) is provided in each crosshead bearing (6); the crosshead bearings (6) are connected to rudder tillers (7); sliding blocks (11) are provided on both sides of each rudder tiller (7) and are work in concert with the rudder tiller (7); the sliding blocks (11) are fixedly mounted on guide plates (8); the stroke limiters (12) are mounted on both sides of each guide plate (8); and the rudder angle indicator (9) is fixedly mounted on one side of the rudder stock (2). The present invention reduces damages to the sealing performance or valves of the hydraulic system caused by a change in internal oil pressure, improves the operating performance, and prolongs the service life of steering rotary supports and the service life of rudder propellers. In addition, the present apparatus is compact in structure and easy to maintain.
