Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a slip casted and bonded wall-hung toilet, comprising a panel, a bowl, and a housing that are slip casted, wherein protruding blocks are arranged at two sides of the lower surface of the panel corresponding to a water inlet portion of the bowl; the housing is provided with a bearing positioning portion that is matched with the outer contour of the water inlet portion, and a beam body portion used for being bonded with the edge of the back of the panel; the bearing positioning portion is connected to the beam body portion by means of inwards recessed portions; and one side of each protruding block abuts against each inwards recessed portion, and the other side of the protruding block abuts against the water inlet portion. The wall-hung toilet provided by the present invention is split into three parts, i.e., the panel, the bowl, and the housing, uses a production mode of slip casting and then bonding, is suitable for automatic production of a high-pressure work station, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the production efficiency, and is stable in quality. According to the present invention, the protruding blocks are designed on the panel, and the inwards recessed portions matched with the protruding blocks are designed on the housing, and thus, the stress of the connecting points of three parts is dispersed by means of cooperation of the protruding blocks, the inwards recessed portions, and the water inlet portion of the bowl, the bonding area is enlarged, and structural cracking deformation is prevented.
