Abstract:
Provided is a slot die coater capable of reducing the deformation of a die block caused by internal pressure. A slot die coater of the invention comprises: an upper plate and a lower plate which are assembled with each other to form a discharge hole; and a shim which is interposed between the lower plate and the upper plate and forms a slot that is in communication with the discharge hole, wherein the upper plate is provided with a groove which is recessed into the upper plate to be in parallel with the shim above the slot, and further comprises a taper block inserted in the groove to press the shim and a pressing bolt.
