Abstract:
The present invention relates to a slot die shim interposed between a first slot die and a second slot die and having a plurality of protrusion parts by which a plurality of fluid channels, through which slurry flows, are separated. The slot die shim comprises: a coupling part coupled to the first and the second slot die; a plurality of first protrusion parts included in and protruding from one side of the coupling part and located to be spaced apart from each other; and one or more second protrusion parts located between the first protrusion parts, wherein each of the second protrusion parts includes a groove through which the slurry flows.
