Abstract:
Provided is a slot wedge for a stator assembly, the slot wedge being configured to be mounted in a conductor slot (2h) of an iron core (2) of a stator assembly. The slot wedge (1) is formed into a straight rod shape, wherein warping portions (11) are formed at two side portions of the slot wedge (1) in the width direction, and the warping portions (11) are used for enabling an end of a sheet-like insulator (3) to warp from a side wall of the conductor slot (2h) and for keeping a state of being in contact with the sheet-like insulator (3). The warping portions (11) continuously extend in the length direction (L). A recess (1c), which is open to one side in the height direction, is formed at the portion of the slot wedge (1) that is closer to the inner side of the width direction relative to the warping portions (11), and same is used for storing the warping end of the sheet-like insulator (3). In this way, it can be guaranteed that the slot wedge is smoothly inserted into a conductor slot without reducing the size of a sheet-like insulator, and a sufficient creepage distance is also ensured, thereby guaranteeing the insulation performance between an iron core and a conductor. Further provided is a stator assembly comprising the slot wedge.
