Abstract:
A slow-release air-entraining agent, a preparation method therefor and a concrete state retaining agent. The effective components of the slow-release air-entraining agent comprise: an air-entraining component and a slow-release outer film, which covers the air-entraining component, wherein the slow-release outer film is a higher polyester which can be hydrolyzed and broken under alkaline conditions. The preparation method therefor comprises: adding an air-entraining component and an initiator to water to formulate an aqueous phase liquid A; mixing an acrylic monomer and a polyol acrylate to formulate an oil phase liquid B; mixing the oil phase liquid B, the aqueous phase liquid A and an emulsifier for emulsification to obtain a water-oil emulsion; and heating and reacting the water-oil emulsion to obtain a slow-release air-entraining agent. The concrete state retaining agent comprises a water-reducing agent, a slump-retaining agent, a water-retaining agent, an air-entraining agent and a slow-release air-entraining agent, a slow-release water-retaining agent, a retarder and water. The slow-release air-entraining agent is added to alkaline cement concrete, and is gradually hydrolyzed under alkaline conditions, such that the air-entraining component is slowly released, thereby achieving the effect of prolonging the air-entraining time.
