Abstract:
A sludge conveying system of a garbage incinerator, comprising a sludge main pipeline (5) and a sludge receiving bin (1), a sludge conveying pump (2), and a sludge conveying pump outlet electric gate valve (3.1) that are sequentially arranged according to a sludge flowing direction; further comprising sub-pipelines (5.1, 5.2) that are behind the sludge conveying pump outlet electric gate valve (3.1), and are respectively connected to the main pipeline (5) to convey sludge to feeding hoppers (8.1, 8.2), wherein the sub-pipelines (5.1, 5.2) are respectively provided with feeding hopper electric gate valves (3.4, 3.5); further comprising a sewage drainage pipeline (5.3), wherein one end of the sewage drainage pipeline (5.3) is connected to the main pipeline (5), and the other end accesses to a leachate stock solution pool, access points of the sewage drainage pipeline (5.3) and the main pipeline (5) are provided behind the sludge conveying pump outlet electric gate valve (3.1) and in front of the access points of the sub-pipeline (5.1) of a first feeding hopper (8.1) and the main pipeline (5), and a sewage drainage electric gate valve (3.2) is provided on the sewage drainage pipeline (5.3); and further additionally providing a leachate washing pipeline (5.4), wherein one end of the washing pipeline (5.4) is connected to a leachate conveying pump outlet (6), and the other end is connected to a main pipeline end (5A), and a washing pipeline electric gate valve (3.3) is provided on the washing pipeline (5.4).
