Abstract:
The invention relates to a sludge drying treatment system and a waste gas treatment method. The sludge drying treatment system comprises a drying device and a waste gas treatment device. The drying device comprises a drying cylinder, a main shaft, a screw blade and a driving mechanism. The waste gas treatment device comprises a waste gas treatment tank that is provided with a heat exchange tank, a spray chamber, a buffer chamber and an adsorption chamber. A waste gas input pipe is arranged between the drying cylinder and the waste gas treatment tank, and one end of the waste gas input pipe is connected to the upper end of the drying cylinder, while the other end of the waste gas input pipe extends into a heat exchange medium in the heat exchange pool. The heat exchange pool and the spray chamber of the present invention enable high-temperature waste gas to be rapidly cooled, and dust and other harmful substances contained in the waste gas to be removed. The treated waste gas is further adsorbed in the adsorption chamber through the adsorption mechanism, and the air pressure in the adsorption chamber is improved through the pressurizing mechanism, so as to maintain a certain concentration of harmful substances in the adsorption chamber, and improve the adsorption efficiency of the adsorption mechanism.
