Abstract:
The present invention relates to a molding and drying apparatus that adjusts the water content of an object to be dried, thereby reducing the load of an agitation rotor and preventing malfunction, increases drying efficiency by performing both direct drying by a heater and indirect drying by which the object to be dried is dried while being applied to the surface of seeds, which have been provided in a drying housing and preheated, and enables the agitation rotor to mold and granularize the object to be dried. The molding and drying apparatus according to the present invention comprises: the drying housing having an inlet for an object to be dried and an outlet for an object that has been molded and dried; a molding and drying unit that is arranged inside the drying housing and comprises the rotor having a plurality of molding tools radially arranged on a rotational shaft, and a driving motor for rotating the rotor; the heater for heating the interior of the drying housing; and the seeds that are provided in the drying housing.
