Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a slurry composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery functional layer, the slurry composition being able to form a functional layer that suppresses heat generation when internal short circuiting occurs in a non-aqueous secondary battery and that can reduce the internal resistance of a non-aqueous secondary battery. This slurry composition comprises functional particles, a water-insoluble polymer, a water-soluble polymer, and water. The functional particles include foaming agent particles. The water-insoluble polymer content is 0.01-20 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles, and the water-soluble polymer content is 1-10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles. Furthermore, the value (Fsup) calculated by specified formula (1) is 10 mass% or less.
