Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a slurry composition for non-aqueous secondary battery functional layers which is capable of forming a functional layer that suppresses heat generation when an internal short circuit of a non-aqueous secondary battery occurs and that can reduce the internal resistance of the non-aqueous secondary battery. A slurry composition according to the present invention comprises functional particles, an insoluble polymer, a soluble polymer, and a solvent. The functional particles contain blowing agent particles. The content of the insoluble polymer is 1-10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles. The content of the soluble polymer is 1-10 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the functional particles. Further, the thermal decomposition temperature of the soluble polymer is not less than 130°C.
