Abstract:
A small part supply device which occupies less space, can quickly supply small parts, and can easily accommodate a change in the dimension and shape of the small parts. A supply device (1) is configured so as to be capable of supplying, through a supply chute (90), nuts (N1) as small parts which are in an appropriate attitude. The supply device (1) is provided with: a bucket (10) for retaining the nuts; a lift mechanism section (20) for pushing up the nuts within the bucket (10); and a conveyance section (50) capable of conveying the nuts, which have been pushed up by the lift mechanism section, to the supply chute side. A sorting section (60) is provided to the conveyance section, and the sorting section (60) conveys a nut which is in an appropriate attitude to the supply chute side and returns a nut in an inappropriate attitude into the bucket. The bucket has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape having a rectangular opening (10a) at the upper part thereof. The conveyance section is provided with a belt conveyor (51) for conveying nuts to the supply chute side. The sorting section (60) is mounted in a replaceable manner to a mounting base (6a) at a position above the upper surface (52a) of the belt conveyor, the upper surface (52a) linearly conveying the nuts.
