Abstract:
A small-sized electric vehicle in which a step floor (6) is formed on a vehicle body (2) that supports front wheels (3f) and rear wheels (3r) and supports an electric motor (4) for driving the rear wheels (3r), a loop-type steering handle (21) extending in the left/right direction and used for steering the front wheels (3f) is provided in front of the step floor (6), and a driver seat (8) is provided behind the step floor (6). Auxiliary lamps (27) for illuminating a section (S) around the front wheels (3f) are fitted to both left and right sides of the steering handle (21), and the auxiliary lamps (27) illuminate a vehicle body outer surface and a road surface near the front wheels (3f) in traveling at night. As a result, the small-sized electric vehicle is highly visible particularly in traveling at night, and the driver can confirm conditions around the front wheels. Thus the small-sized electric vehicle contributes to ease of driving.
