Abstract:
The present device relates to a small tact switch. Two bent end portions of a dome cover are arranged between an insulating adhesive film and the dome outer circumference of a metal dome so that, during operation of the metal dome, the metal dome is prevented from directly rubbing against the insulating adhesive film and rubs against the dome cover, thereby preventing the generation of foreign substances on the insulating adhesive film by friction between the dome outer circumference and the film. Two dome end portions of the metal dome are not adhered to the coverlay and, when the coverlay is bent and adhered, the bent side portions of the coverlay are adhered to the dome cover, and the two dome end portions of the metal dome come into contact with the bent side portions. Therefore, when the metal dome is pressed, the dome end portions come into contact with the bent side portions of the dome cover while being not fixed by adhesion, and thus, the deterioration of touch sensation can be prevented.
