A smart dressing table (100) and a corresponding cloud expert system (200), the cloud expert system (200) comprising: an information processing module (160), being used for uploading information relevant to skin condition of a user to the cloud expert system (200), and prompting the user about beauty makeup information suitable for the skin condition of the user that is delivered by the cloud expert system (200); the cloud expert system (200) selecting, on the basis of the information relevant to the skin condition of the user, the beauty makeup information suitable for the skin condition of the user, the beauty makeup information comprising information about skin care products and/or cosmetics. The smart dressing table (100) introduces, on the basis of a conventional dressing table, the cloud expert system (200), realizing personalized recommendation of beauty makeup products, meeting the requirements of the user for personalized and professional beauty makeup and cares, and enabling more targeted and more effective skin care and makeup. Meanwhile, also provided is a virtual dressing table based on a mobile terminal.
